By placing an order with Saarthie’s Boutique, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

We retail clothing online to customers within South Africa.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT where applicable.
Product colours may vary slightly from the digital images due to screen settings and photography lighting.
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is final.
Limited-stock items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Full payment must be processed and cleared before your order is prepared.
We accept payment via [Card / EFT / PayFast / PayPal].
You will receive an "Order Confirmed" email once your payment clears. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Please allow 5–10 business days for orders to be processed and ready for dispatch.

We ship nationwide via [The Courier Guy / Pudo].
Delivery Timelines: 2–5 business days for main centres and 3–7 business days for outlying areas.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over R4,000.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the courier collects the parcel. While we are not liable for courier delays or losses, we will gladly assist you in lodging a claim and tracking your inquiry.

No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds; we only offer exchanges.
Exchange Conditions: To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us via email with photographic evidence within 3 days of delivery. In these instances, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement.
Sale Items: All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for items ordered in the incorrect size unless the product itself is faulty.

All designs, logos, photographs, and content featured on our online store and social media platforms are the exclusive property of Saarthie’s Boutique. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Saarthie’s Boutique is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is strictly limited to the monetary value of the order placed.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) apply.
